- Next we turn to your leadership team to create an IS MAP or current state of affairs as related to the physical layout of your facilities. We include lessons learned from past experiences and chart this for use later.
- Next with your leadership team we create a SHOULD MAP of solutions and goals for the project. Naturally the process is geared to over come shortcomings in the physical surroundings, and create a plan which is consistent with your business plan. Documentation of the process always leads to more Aha moments and a better set of guiding priniciples.
- Now we test the SHOULD MAP against your business model, growth trajectory, your budget and expected ROI. Does the project meet the demands and needs of your business?
